Creative Writing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Translating and adapting scripts, dialogues, and video content into Hindi,
Hinglish, or other Indian languages while preserving original tone and
nuances.
2. Localizing humor, references, and context to fit Indian audiences and
cultural sensibilities.
3. Writing in a friendly, conversational style suited for the target audience
(e.g., Hinglish for youth/entertainment, standard Hindi for educational
content).
4. Assisting with basic video or audio editing tasks if required (e.g.,
syncing localized dialogues).
5. Proofreading and reviewing localized content for linguistic accuracy,
flow, and cultural fit.
6. Assisting senior writers, translators, or project managers with research
and glossary development for region-specific terminology (e.g., sports,
gaming, collectibles).
7. Supporting quality control by reviewing final outputs, checking for
consistency, tone, and completion of project deliverables.
8. Participating in cross-functional brainstorming and feedback rounds to
improve content adaptation workflows.
9. Learning/using basic digital tools used in localization and translation
workflows.
