Content & E-Commerce Management - Internship

To ensure that all website content across pages, listings, and blogs meets
brand standards, is error-free, visually consistent, and optimized for SEO and
user experience.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content review & proofreading:
1. Check spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting of all website pages
and listings.
2. Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand language across all sections.
3. Identify and correct duplicate, outdated, or irrelevant content.
4. Website QC & Functionality Testing
5. Verify that all links, buttons, and navigation elements work correctly.
6. Check that images, banners, and videos are properly displayed and
optimized.
Report any broken links, missing pages, or layout errors.

B. Formatting & consistency:
1. Check that fonts, spacing, headers, and color schemes are consistent
across the site.
2. Validate alignment of text and media for desktop and mobile
responsiveness.
3. Maintain uniformity in style for product names, prices, or location
details.

C. Data & content entry:
1. Assist in uploading or updating website content (text, images, and
documents).
2. Follow standard naming conventions and folder structures for uploads.

D. Reporting & feedback:
1. Maintain a daily QC tracker highlighting pages reviewed, corrections made,
and issues found.
2. Share regular feedback with the content and web development teams.
3. Support in implementing and rechecking corrections after updates.
