Content Creator (On-Camera) - Internship

As a 'Content Creator Intern (On-Camera)', you will be on camera, building
real output and real skill through daily reps, not sitting on the sidelines.
You will own specific content pieces end-to-end with support and feedback, and
you will grow fast by shipping, learning, and improving inside a high-
intensity creative engine. This internship is for someone who wants a 0 to 100
startup experience, takes accountability seriously, and wants to earn a long-
term path by contributing meaningfully.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Step in as an on-camera contributor for DROPZ content, delivering product
and culture narratives with clarity and confidence, even when the format is
fast and the timelines are tight.
2. Create high-volume short-form videos like drop teasers, simple product
explainers, basic styling clips, behind-the-scenes moments, and street or
culture reaction content, ensuring each video has a clear hook and takeaway.
3. Turn a brief into simple scripts and talking points, rehearse quickly, and
deliver naturally so the content feels human while still hitting the message
and CTA.
4. Support fast shoots by preparing your set, wardrobe, and props, then
capturing multiple takes and angles so the edit team can move quickly and test
variations.
5. Collaborate daily with social video creators and editors, sharing footage
on time, responding to notes, and reshooting small sections when needed to
improve clarity or brand alignment.
6. Work with product and brand to confirm details before filming, ensuring
features, sizing, materials, and drop context are communicated accurately and
responsibly.
7. Build your on-camera presence steadily, improving voice, pacing, posture,
and expression through feedback and repetition while staying aligned to a
modern, bold, sharp, premium feel.
8. Participate in community moments when required, including basic comment
replies or Q&As, keeping responses respectful, brand-safe, and helpful to the
audience.
9. Learn the content workflow end-to-end, including file organization,
naming, script storage, and handoff hygiene, so the team can scale output
without confusion.
10. Review performance signals and team feedback weekly, then apply one or
two improvements intentionally in your next shoots to compound your growth.
