Client Communication Assistant - Internship
Water Town Swim School
We are seeking a reliable and organized client communication assistant to
handle day-to-day communication with clients primarily through text messages
and, when needed, phone calls. This role requires strong communication skills,
responsiveness, and the ability to follow clear guidelines while maintaining a
friendly and professional tone. You may also be responsible for contacting
hotels or service providers on behalf of clients to confirm details or gather
information.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Responding promptly to client messages via WhatsApp, SMS, or similar
platforms
2. Making follow-up phone calls to clients as needed
3. Contacting hotels or vendors to confirm contract signings, request
information, or resolve issues
4. Keeping accurate records of all communications and updates
5. Communicating client needs and concerns to relevant team members
6. Maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional tone at all times
7. Following templates or scripts where applicable, while adapting to
individual situations
8. Ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and requests
