Business Development (Real Estate Advisory) - Internship
KESARI FINANCIAL SERVICES
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Lead Generation & Property Sourcing:
1\. Research and identify potential clients, investors, NRIs, and property
buyers.
2\. Build a strong pipeline of residential, commercial, and investment
property leads.
3\. Source properties from developers, brokers, and market networks.
4\. Maintain an updated inventory of available projects and investment
options.
B. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis:
1\. Understand client requirements such as location, budget, investment goals,
and rental yield expectations.
2\. Prepare shortlisted property options based on client needs.
3\. Coordinate site visits and assist in the client decision-making process.
4\. Build long-term relationships with NRI, HNI, and investor clients.
C. Builder & Developer Coordination:
1\. Work closely with top developers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and major Indian
cities.
2\. Attend project briefings, site visits, and promotional events.
3\. Collect project brochures, pricing, floor plans, RERA documents, and
investment highlights.
4\. Coordinate for inventory, pricing negotiations, and booking formalities.
D. Market Research & Analysis:
1\. Research micro-markets, upcoming projects, price trends, rental yields,
and investment hotspots.
2\. Prepare comparative analysis for neighborhoods and property types.
3\. Track Gift City real estate developments, regulations, and investment
opportunities.
E. Sales Support & Deal Assistance:
1\. Prepare presentations, proposals, ROI calculations, and property
portfolios for clients.
2\. Assist in negotiation, documentation support, and closing transactions.
3\. Coordinate between developers and clients for agreement signing and
paperwork.
F. CRM & Reporting:
1\. Maintain lead trackers, follow-up charts, pipelines, and client updates.
2\. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
3\. Update CRM after every client interaction, site visit, or deal progress.
G. Expected Deliverables:
1\. Daily and weekly lead generation reports.
2\. Property sourcing lists and updated inventories.
3\. Client requirement sheets and matching property proposals.
4\. Market research reports and competitor studies.
5\. Site visit coordination and reports.
6\. CRM updates and follow-up logs.
7\. Assistance in closing real estate transactions.
8\. Project information including pricing, plans, brochures, and videos.
