Finance (Corporate & Retail Loan) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Ensure that the contractual obligations related to commercial loan

servicing are met under the agreed-upon terms to the satisfaction of the

client.

2\. Establish, maintain processes over the timely collection of principal and

interest due and payable as per the documented terms

3\. Ensure the timely filing of uniform commercial code financing statements,

as applicable

4\. Establish, maintain processes that ensure commercial loan credit files are

complete, organized, and managed following contractual obligations

5\. Serve as the main point of contact for loan servicing inquiries from

clients and significant borrowers, as well as default disputes and resolution

6\. Ensure loan administration staff is adequately educated on regulations and

policies affecting the delivery of loan administration services
