Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Understand hiring requirements for roles such as 3D modellers, animators,
and business development executives.
2\. Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Internshala, and campus
placement groups.
3\. Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job criteria.
4\. Coordinate and schedule interviews with team leads and management.
5\. Conduct initial HR screening calls for freshers and entry-level
candidates.
6\. Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring status sheets.
7\. Follow up with candidates regularly until successful joining.
8\. Assist in onboarding and document collection for selected candidates.
9\. Research and suggest creative ways to attract young and skilled talent.
10\. Collaborate with the internal team and participate in brainstorming
sessions related to recruitment strategy.
