Brand Design Management - Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate/post-graduate
student to join our team as a branding & design trainee. This role offers a
unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a start-up in the food-tech
industry, working alongside the founding team. You will work closely with the
leadership team to learn and contribute across multiple departments, including
operations, marketing, sales, finance, and supply chain. This is a dynamic
role designed for a fast learner who wants to gain a 360-degree view of
startup operations and grow into a leadership role.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and evolve the company's visual identity across digital and
physical touchpoints.
2. Create compelling designs for packaging, website, social media, print
collateral, and more, and translate brand strategy into visual concepts.
3. Collaborate to create visually stunning graphics and animations using
Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and other design software.
4. Design visually compelling posters, pamphlets, brochures, booklets, and
presentations that align with brand identity and storytelling style.
5. Assist in crafting creative assets for both digital and print media
campaigns, maintaining a balance between technical accuracy and visual appeal.
6. Contribute to the production of high-quality marketing materials,
including brochures, flyers, and social media content, using Adobe Creative
Suite.
7. Implement design thinking methodologies to solve complex design challenges
and enhance the overall user experience.
8. Assist in creating engaging motion graphics and animations for various
projects
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content for social
media and promotional materials
10. Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects.
11. Analyse historic food start-ups' success stories and create case studies.
12. Research on emerging food marketing trends.
13. Work closely with the founding team to develop product and marketing
material.
14. Work closely with founders to develop a marketing strategy.
15. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns &
launches.
16. Design engaging content for social media, email newsletters, blog posts,
and paid ads.
17. Support go-to-market strategies with high-impact visuals and narratives.
18. Help craft customer journeys with visually rich touchpoints and digital
experiences.
19. Collaborate with product, sales, and ops teams to understand customer
needs.
20. Contribute to product packaging decisions that balance sustainability,
cost-efficiency.
21. Work with farmers and partners to visually represent their stories and
impact.
