Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
2\. Resolve Client complaints and provide appropriate solutions and
alternatives.
3\. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
4\. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
5\. Keep records of clients' interactions, transactions, comments, and
complaints.
6\. Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues.
7\. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
