Law/Legal - Internship

English proficiency (written and spoken) to join our team. As an intern, you

will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced legal

professionals and gain hands-on experience in the tax law industry.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Handle end-to-end compliance for trademark registration & protection.

2\. Manage NBFC (non-banking financial company) formation, ensuring adherence

to RBI guidelines.

3\. Oversee private limited company formation, including ROC filings, MOA/AOA

drafting, and other statutory requirements.

4\. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for businesses, including tax

filings and annual compliance.

5\. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate laws, RBI regulations, and

other applicable rules.

6\. Identify relevant government and private tenders.

7\. Prepare tender documents, bids, and proposals as per the requirements.

8\. Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria and submission

guidelines.

9\. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for documentation

and approvals.

10\. Track tender status, follow up on bid progress, and ensure timely

submission.
