Operations - Internship

We are looking for a proactive and creative 'Placement Operations Intern' to

support key functions including research, operations, student engagement, and

design. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on

experience across multiple domains while contributing to process improvement

and impactful student initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Research & Market Analysis:

1\. Conduct research on relevant industries, job trends, and competitors to

support placement initiatives.

2\. Identify new market segments and outreach opportunities.

3\. Analyze data and present insightful reports to support decision-making.

B. Operations:

1\. Support the operations team in streamlining internal processes and

improving workflow efficiency.

2\. Assist in daily operational activities to drive smooth execution of

placement-related tasks.

C. Student Engagement:

1\. Develop and execute engagement strategies to strengthen student

interactions.

2\. Communicate with students to share updates, information, and placement-

related guidance.

3\. Connect with students via calls to provide career counseling and support

for job opportunities.

D. Design & Content Creation:

1\. Create visually appealing content for social media, presentations, and

promotional campaigns using Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.

2\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design elements align

with project objectives and brand guidelines.

E. Collaboration:

1\. Work closely with various internal teams to collect information, share

insights, and support collaborative initiatives.

2\. Actively contribute to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project

discussions.
