Finance & Operations - Internship

everything - ensuring every centre runs smoothly, every transaction is

captured

accurately, and every piece of operational inventory is maintained and

accounted for. As a Finance & Operations Intern, you'll step into the core of

this engine - building clean MIS, ensuring accurate reconciliations, owning

revenue reporting, and managing the operational backbone that keeps patient

care running seamlessly.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Daily & Monthly MIS:

1\. Prepare and update daily MIS for operations, collections, and expenses.

2\. Assist in monthly MIS consolidation and ensure accuracy and timely

submission.

B. Expense Tracking & Budgeting:

1\. Track all expenses across BW and assist in budget monitoring

2\. Support the finance team and operations team in validating bills and

costs.

C. Reconciliations:

1\. Perform routine reconciliations for:

2\. Collections (cash, UPI, bank transfers)

3\. Payments (vendor payments, reimbursements, petty cash)

4\. Payment Gateways (Razorpay/Paytm/other platforms)

D. Revenue Reporting:

1\. Update and verify daily revenue across centres.

2\. Support month-end revenue reports and summaries.

E. Inventory & Stock Management:

1\. Support daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and maintain updated stock

ledgers.

2\. Assist in managing the inventory of medicines and consumables across

centres.

3\. Coordinate with vendors for stock ordering, delivery follow-ups, and issue

resolution.

4\. Assist in vendor coordination, payments, and relationship management
