About the role

As the Video Editor at BetterWay, you will co-create and shape the BetterWay

brand's presence across Social Media platforms, namely Instagram, LinkedIn and

YouTube.

The aim is to build a credible, conversation-worthy Brand around natural and

holistic wellness for Urban Indians.

We envision the BetterWay social brand to be the default destination for all

things Ayurved and healthier living for 20 million+ Indians who are tied to

the new urban living setup.

In essence, as a resident editor, you are not just a contributor but a

storyteller, strategist, and brand advocate.

You will be able to channelise your passion for storytelling and your

understanding of marketing principles to develop creative concepts that not

only educate your target audience but also inspire wellness and holistic

living.

Your editing prowess will bring the essence of Ayurveda to life, fostering a

deeper connection with our audience and guiding them on their journey to well-

being.

Your role will span the following ownership areas:

Video Content Creation

Edit raw footage to produce high-quality, visually compelling, short- and

long-form video content for digital marketing, social media, website, and

promotional purposes

Utilize an array of editing techniques, motion graphics, transitions, and

high-impact video work to enhance the overall quality and impact of the

videos.

Identify the scope for improvement and then tweak and edit finished content to

improve their performance and conversion.

Ensure video content is optimised for the platforms and digital channels it is

created for

Ensure consistency in style, tone, and brand identity across all video

projects to reinforce the company's image and values.

Creative Ideation & Research

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas and

suggestions to enhance visual content

Dive into research, understand the needs of our target audience, and create

tailored deliverables

Demonstrate creativity in storytelling to evoke emotions through visually

compelling narratives.
