Legal - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, non-disclosure

agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and employment contracts.

2\. Prepare internal legal templates and checklists for routine processes.

3\. Conduct in-depth research on topics related to intellectual property, data

privacy regulations, contract law, and employment law.

4\. Help track and analyze changes in laws and regulations that may affect the

company.

5\. Assist in preparing compliance reports for internal use and audits.

6\. Compile and organize case files and evidence for potential legal disputes.

7\. Draft preliminary responses for legal notices under supervision.

8\. Maintain and update the repository of legal documents and agreements.

9\. Update and maintain all the trackers.
