Customer Success Operations - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Supporting the customer success team in monitoring the health of key

client accounts by tracking satisfaction, feature usage, and project

deliverables.

2\. Assisting in conducting regular client check-ins through calls and emails

to understand needs, gather feedback, and flag concerns.

3\. Acting as a support point for client queries, coordinating with internal

teams (CSMs, technical, product) to ensure timely issue resolution.

4\. Helping identify potential risks or improvement areas in ongoing or

delivered projects and escalating them proactively.

5\. Collaborating with customer success managers during client onboarding to

ensure a smooth transition and clear understanding of client requirements.

6\. Participating in project handovers and post-delivery 'hyper-care'

activities to support successful client adoption.

7\. Maintaining and updating client information, interactions, and status in

CRM tools.

8\. Supporting account management activities, including renewal tracking and

identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.

9\. Working cross-functionally with sales, technical, and product teams to

communicate client feedback and contribute to process improvements.

10\. Assisting in documenting best practices and operational workflows within

the customer success operations team.
