IT Recruitment Specialist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Support end-to-end recruitment: requisition intake, JD formatting, posting
across channels.
2\. Source candidates via LinkedIn/Naukri/referrals using Boolean search;
maintain sourcing trackers.
3\. Screen resumes against defined criteria; conduct initial phone screens
using the screening question set.
4\. Manage the ATS (Zoho Recruit): pipeline stages, tagging, scheduling,
status updates; ensure data accuracy.
5\. Coordinate interviews (12-13 Jan 2026 window): panel availability,
invites, reminders, logistics.
6\. Handle candidate communication: updates, feedback collection,
documentation (under HR supervision).
7\. Prepare weekly funnel reports (Excel): time-to-screen, time-to-schedule,
ratio metrics; share dashboards.
8\. Support campus outreach and events; assist with referral program
communications.
9\. Initiate pre-offer checks (document collection, background check kick-off)
with HR Ops.
10\. Maintain compliance: data privacy, equal opportunity, record retention;
follow SOPs.
