HR Operations Specialist - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Manage HR case handling and SLA-based service delivery (onboarding,
offboarding, employee queries, letters, HR help desk).
2\. Administer and maintain Zoho People (roles, permissions, data integrity),
and coordinate Zoho Payroll inputs; support integrations/reporting with Zoho
Analytics.
3\. Own payroll input readiness, reconciliations with Finance, and statutory
compliance documentation.
4\. Standardize HR processes, SOPs, templates; drive continuous improvement
and automation (Zoho Flow/Blueprints).
5\. Ensure compliance with policies and labor regulations (record retention,
consent/privacy, audit readiness).
6\. Build & publish HR dashboards (SLA adherence, CSAT/NPS, case volumes,
cycle times, accuracy).
7\. Manage HR vendors (Background checks, benefits admin, HR tech); track SLAs
and performance.
8\. Partner with TA, compensation, ER, and L&D on cross-functional HR projects
and audits.
