AI Creative Designer - Internship

As an 'AI Creative Intern', you will learn by shipping, helping the team
produce AI images and short videos that support our drops, campaigns, and
daily content engine. This internship is built for someone who thrives in a
fast-moving startup, brings daily curiosity and intensity, and wants to grow
into a high-ownership creative role by building taste, speed, and workflow
discipline.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Generate high-quality AI images and short-form videos for drops,
campaigns, and social content, balancing experimentation with on-brand
consistency and clear creative intent.
2. Write detailed prompts with clear structure, then improve outputs through
guided iterations, documenting what changed so prompt learning becomes a
repeatable skill.
3. Build content batches for drops and social calendars, producing multiple
options per concept so the team can test hooks, styles, and compositions
without delaying timelines.
4. Assist in maintaining a clean prompt and reference library, saving
successful prompts, inputs, and output notes so future projects start faster
and stay consistent.
5. Follow brand guidelines while creating assets, paying attention to mood,
styling, typography zones, and cultural cues so outputs feel native to DROPZ
instead of generic.
6. Prepare assets for review and handoff, exporting correct sizes and
formats, naming files properly, and packaging deliverables so publishing is
smooth and requires minimal rework.
7. Participate in daily or weekly creative reviews, taking feedback openly
and applying it in the next iteration cycle with visible improvements in taste
and consistency.
8. Explore new AI tools and features under guidance, sharing short findings
on what improves quality or speed, and avoiding distractions that do not serve
the creative goal.
9. Support simple workflow streamlining, using checklists and templates for
intake, iteration, and delivery so output stays steady even when multiple
drops are in motion.
10. Build your creative fundamentals alongside AI skills, using references,
composition rules, and storytelling intent to make outputs feel designed, not
just generated.
