Production And Art - Internship

We're looking for versatile interns who can straddle production (planning,

coordination, on-ground execution) and art (visual design, layouts, mood

boards) for marketing and brand content. If you enjoy switching between a

shoot floor and a design file, this is for you.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Plan shoots: define objectives, build references/mood boards, prep basic

storyboards, and compile shot lists.

2\. Coordinate logistics: book talent/studios/equipment, align schedules,

arrange props/permissions, and manage call sheets.

3\. Be on-ground for execution: set-ups, continuity, BTS capture, quick

problem-solving, and smooth wrap-ups.

4\. Organize post-shoot assets: label and back up files, maintain drives,

track edits, and share deliverables.

5\. Design campaign creatives: key visuals, layouts, adaptations for

social/CRM/web, thumbnails, banners, and simple GIFs.

6\. Do quick video edits: trims/cuts, text supers, basic sound/typography

polish for reels and short videos.

7\. Maintain trackers and basic budgets; keep timelines moving and

stakeholders informed.

8\. Uphold brand guidelines while iterating fast on feedback.
