About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Outbound Calling Intern to
support our Returns Management Team. The role involves reaching out to
customers to understand reasons behind product returns, with a focus on high-
value or frequently returned categories. The insights gathered will help us
identify patterns and improve our product and service offerings.
Selected intern's daily responsibilities will include:
1\. Making outbound calls to customers who have returned products.
2\. Recording and documenting feedback on the reasons for returns.
3\. Paying special attention to high-value or frequently returned categories.
4\. Maintaining accurate and well-structured call logs and return data.
5\. Highlighting recurring issues or key insights to the team.
6\. Collaborating with internal teams for in-depth return analysis.
