Market & Strategy Analyst (Isotopes) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Build TAM/SAM/SOM for Mo 99/Tc 99m, Lu 177, and Co 60 using patient driven

incidence procedure dose funnels.

2\. Map supply chains (BRIT, importers, radiopharmacies, cyclotrons,

hospitals).

3\. Propose GTM motion (partners, channels, SLAs, pricing, service model)

achieving 25-30% share by year 3.

4\. Prepare market report with quantified demand models and assumptions log.

5\. Create competitor deck (portfolio, pricing, capacity, margins, moats).

6\. Develop GTM playbook with quarterly targets, funnel math, and resourcing

plan.

7\. Collect epidemiology/procedure datasets and construct patient driven

demand model.

8\. Build price and reimbursement landscape by isotope and indication.

9\. Draft supply map (BRIT, importers, radiopharmacies, cyclotrons, hospital

buyers).

10\. Validate demand with 10-15 stakeholder calls (KOLs, hospital procurement,

radiopharmacies).

11\. Build competitor matrices (capacity, reliability, QMS, distribution

reach, lead times).

12\. Draft GTM scenarios (direct vs. partner, SLA tiers, service add ons).

13\. Finalize market report and competitor deck.

14\. Publish GTM playbook with quarterly targets and KPI tree.

15\. Hand off to finance for model linkage (elasticities, price/volume ramps).
