Digital Marketing - Internship

This role is for candidates who want to do real work, take ownership, and

execute with clarity. At Matrix 360, you will actively manage and execute

LinkedIn and content-driven digital marketing, supported by AI tools and

automation. You will be responsible for output, timelines, and quality.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Create and publish LinkedIn content for Matrix 360 and select client

accounts

2\. Write clear, structured posts and captions (with AI as a productivity

tool, not a shortcut)

3\. Design professional creatives using Canva Pro

4\. Execute content calendars and posting schedules

5\. Use AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and ideation

6\. Apply workflow automation for scheduling, tracking, and basic reporting

7\. Track engagement and performance

8\. Take responsibility for execution

9\. Understand LinkedIn as a business and growth platform

10\. Use AI tools to work smarter, not to avoid thinking

You will work directly on consulting and brand-growth work, where your output

is visible and matters. This is a performance-driven role with clear

expectations and responsibility.
