Business Management & Operations - Internship

We are looking for a tech-forward, high-energy Assistant Manager Intern to

join our leadership track. This is a role for "force multipliers" individuals

who don't just execute tasks but build systems to make them better. You will

work at the intersection of operations, business development, and client

relations. This role is highly ambitious; we are looking for candidates who

can leverage AI tools and automated workflows to drive efficiency while

maintaining a sophisticated, "killer" professional presence in client

meetings.

Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1\. Strategic operations: Build and manage automated workflows (using tools

like Notion/Asana/Slack) to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.

2\. AI-driven productivity: Use Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for high-

quality content drafting, business research, and process optimization.

3\. Client servicing & presentations: Act as a key point of contact for

clients; prepare and deliver high-stakes business presentations and attend

meetings.

4\. Business development support: Assist in lead management, proposal

creation, and coordination with the sales team to hit growth targets.

5\. Leadership support: Shadow the leadership team to assist in SOP creation,

HR coordination, and administrative scaling.
