Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in formulation and refinement of food products under supervision.

2\. Support sensory testing and basic data recording.

3\. Assist in monitoring quality during trial and mass production.

4\. Support troubleshooting of basic production and quality-related issues.

5\. Assist in preparing product costing based on raw material inputs.

6\. Help maintain process control records and sampling logs.

7\. Support GMP, GHP, and HACCP documentation and compliance activities.

8\. Assist in testing activities and maintain quality reports.
