Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Interact with customers on daily basis and share information as needed.
2\. Run advertising campaigns (email/WhatsApp) ongoing offers, deals, product
launches, loyalty programs to customers via digital media using available
marketing content and company portals.
3\. Coordinate with other departments to reply to customers in a time-bound
manner.
4\. Generate & maintain customer master from data from e-commerce channels,
and digital sales orders.
5\. Understand and continuously train themselves under guidance of line
manager about company products & policies.
Requirements:
1\. Prior experience in a client or consumer facing role (full time/part
time).
2\. Good command on English, Hindi & Marathi.
3\. Working knowledge of MS-Office tools & basic computer skills.
4\. Ability to take ownership of their work.
5\. Curiosity to investigate and solve problems.
