Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Managing and publishing high-volume daily content across Instagram,

LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp Channels

2\. Handling multi-format posting, including carousels, reels, short-form

videos, graphics, text posts, stories, and community updates

3\. Ensuring correct platform-wise formatting, captions, hashtags, tagging,

and posting schedules

4\. Coordinating closely with graphic designers, video editors, content

writers, and reporting teams to ensure timely content delivery

5\. Publishing time-sensitive content such as:

Breaking updates

News graphics & carousels

Short video clips & stories

Community and announcement posts

6\. Maintaining smooth content flow during peak activity hours and fast-moving

situations

7\. Writing, editing, and optimising captions with clarity, accuracy,

neutrality, and brand consistency

8\. Performing quality checks before publishing (names, dates, facts, context,

tone)

9\. Monitoring engagement, comments, and DMs and escalating important or

sensitive messages when required

10\. Tracking performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, clicks,

and content trends

11\. Sharing weekly insights and recommendations to improve content formats,

timing, and platform growth

12\. Supporting overall brand presence with an editorial mindset, not just

mechanical posting
