Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Designing UI screens and wireframes using Figma, aligned with product
requirements and brand guidelines.
2\. Supporting the product team with basic UI layouts, visual components, and
screen-level designs.
3\. Creating high-impact YouTube Thumbnails with strong click appeal and clear
visual hierarchy.
4\. Designing Instagram carousels, static creatives, and social graphics for
daily publishing.
5\. Editing short reels/video clips (basic cuts, resizing, captions, aspect
ratios) for Instagram & YouTube Shorts.
6\. Working on fast-turnaround designs in a content-heavy, deadline-driven
environment.
7\. Making quick revisions based on feedback from marketing, content, or
product teams.
8\. Maintaining brand consistency across UI, thumbnails, carousels, and
videos.
9\. Coordinating with content, social media, and outreach teams to deliver
creatives on time.
10\. Organising design files, assets, and versions systematically.
11\. Continuously improving visual quality while balancing speed and accuracy.
