Recruitment - Internship

We are looking for high-potential recruitment interns who are eager to build a

long-term career in talent acquisition. This is a hands-on, performance-driven

role where you will work closely with experienced recruiters and gain real

exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes. Successful interns will be

converted into full-time recruiters with attractive compensation and growth

opportunities.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Screen resumes from multiple job portals and databases

2\. Call and speak with 80-90 candidates daily to assess suitability

3\. Clearly explain client requirements, roles, and hiring processes

4\. Shortlist and process relevant candidate profiles

5\. Build strong rapport and maintain professional candidate relationships

6\. Understand candidate motivations by reading between the lines

7\. Coordinate via emails, trackers, and internal recruitment tools

8\. Maintain accurate data using Excel and reporting sheets
