Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Source and screen resumes from job portals, social media, and other
recruitment channels.
2\. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess suitability,
interest, and communication skills.
3\. Communicate with candidates over calls, emails, and messages in a
professional manner.
4\. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview
schedules and feedback.
5\. Maintain and manage candidate data using MS Excel and MS Word.
6\. Prepare and update recruitment trackers, reports, and databases regularly.
7\. Send emails to candidates regarding job details, interview confirmations,
and follow-ups.
