Investment Banking (Startup Sourcing) - Internship

strategic support to early-stage startups to raise equity financing from

Institutional investors such as VCs, family offices, corporate office etc. We

are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development

Associate - Startup Sourcing to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Identify and assess potential startups that are seeking funding from

institutional investors in alignment with the company's criteria.

2\. Build and maintain a robust deal pipeline by reaching out to potential

startups through Linkedin and other platforms while cultivating relationships

with industry stakeholders.

3\. Facilitate and coordinate meetings and calls between startup founder and

our internal management team to explore funding opportunities and synergies

4\. Onboard startups as potential clients after thorough due diligence &

negotiation

5\. Cultivate and maintain strong connections with industry professionals to

enhance visibility and networking opportunities.
