Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources

function in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This

internship will provide exposure to the fast-paced world of investment banking

and offer hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, HR processes,

and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates,

scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

2\. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and internal

documentation.

3\. Support onboarding of new hires, including induction programs and

compliance documentation.

4\. Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and training

programs.

5\. Help prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management.

Qualifications:

1\. Currently, pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,

Business Administration, or related fields.

2\. Strong interest in HR, talent management, and corporate culture in a

financial services environment.

3\. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

4\. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5\. High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to handle

sensitive information professionally.

6\. Prior internship or exposure in HR or corporate functions is a plus.

Learning & Development:

1\. Exposure to HR operations in an investment banking environment.

2\. Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
