Founders Office - Internship

You will act as the right hand of the founder, handling multiple high-impact

areas.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Execution & Experiments:

1\. Run new product, content, growth, and community experiments

2\. Launch micro-projects end-to-end (idea execution results)

3\. Track metrics, learn fast, and iterate

B. Operations & Task Management:

1\. Manage daily founder tasks and follow-ups

2\. Coordinate between interns, mentors, and creators

3\. Ensure things don't slip you own closure

C. Hiring & Sourcing:

1\. Source interns (content, marketing, product, ops)

2\. Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and help onboard

3\. Build and maintain intern workflows & KPIs

D. Intern & Team Management:

1\. Manage intern task boards (Notion/Jira/Sheets)

2\. Review work quality and timelines

3\. Be the bridge between founder vision and execution

E. Anything & Everything a Founder Does:

1\. From writing docs and SOPs to running WhatsApp communities

2\. From fixing small bugs to launching new pages

3\. If it helps the company move faster, it's your job
