Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Delegate promotion & attendee engagement:
1\. Call and invite visitors, delegate decision-makers, and corporate
executives to the Convergence India Show.
2\. Respond to incoming calls and queries from prospective attendees.
3\. Coordinate with speakers and sponsors to enhance attendee engagement.
4\. Assist in managing delegate registrations and inquiries.
5\. Log data accurately into spreadsheets and databases, ensuring consistency
and correctness
B. Data entry & coordination:
1\. Enter, verify, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal
databases.
2\. Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of all records.
3\. Collect, organize, and update information related to delegates,
exhibitors, and partners.
4\. Assist in preparing reports and summaries as required.
5\. Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
