Customer Success - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Manage day-to-day communication with US-based clients regarding project

progress, requirements, and deliverables.

2\. Conduct technical project check-ins, understand client expectations, and

translate requirements into structured tasks for tech teams.

3\. Coordinate with AI engineers, developers, and delivery teams to ensure

project milestones are met.

4\. Monitor deployment progress of AI Agents and automation workflows.

5\. Prepare professional documentation: meeting minutes, reports, follow-ups,

and technical summaries.

6\. Maintain and update CRM, project trackers, and internal systems.

7\. Identify risks, delays, or escalations and collaborate with relevant teams

to resolve them quickly.

8\. Contribute to improving customer success processes, onboarding flows, and

delivery operations.
