Customer Success - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Act as a product advisor to clients, helping them achieve their business
goals and success metrics.
2\. Manage client relationships and set clear expectations to ensure
satisfaction and trust.
3\. Be goal-oriented and data-driven - track key success metrics like CSAT,
NPS, adoption, and usage.
4\. Analyze customer data to identify insights and improve the end-user
experience.
5\. Gather and convey product feedback and feature suggestions to the
technical teams to help shape the product roadmap.
6\. Educate clients on BusinessOnBot's Dashboard, reporting structures, and
relevant platform features.
