Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with daily administrative tasks and office support functions.

2\. Manage and organise files, documents, and records (both physical and

digital).

3\. Support other teams with administrative paperwork, filing, or reports.

4\. Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence related to

vendors professionally.

5\. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents under supervision.

6\. Support data entry and maintain accurate internal databases.

7\. Help with inventory of office supplies and reordering when necessary.

8\. Maintain office equipment logs and report maintenance needs.

9\. Assist in coordinating internal events, meetings, and team activities.

10\. Provide support for other departments when administrative assistance is

needed.

11\. Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and

professional manner.

12\. Perform other general office duties as assigned.
