Climate Tech Research - Internship

Energy Alternatives India (EAI) is offering an internship opportunity focused

on research and strategy development for climate tech clusters. This role

involves studying how regional and global ecosystems are fostering climate

technology innovation - including startups, research institutions, investors,

and policy frameworks - and developing insights to guide the creation of

similar clusters in India.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Conduct detailed research on climate tech clusters worldwide, analyzing

their structure, key participants, governance models, and growth strategies.

2\. Evaluate the key factors driving the success of climate tech hubs - such

as policy support, investment flow, talent density, research infrastructure,

and industry partnerships.

3\. Contribute to the design of strategic frameworks and blueprints for

building climate tech clusters in India, focusing on stakeholder engagement,

funding mechanisms, and innovation acceleration.

4\. Identify key organizations, startups, and enablers within emerging climate

innovation ecosystems globally and regionally.

5\. Develop structured research reports, policy notes, and strategy

presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for internal and client

projects.

6\. Work with EAI's consulting and strategy teams to align research insights

with ongoing cluster development and innovation policy initiatives.
