About the Role:

Energy Alternatives India (EAI) is exploring the intersection of artificial

intelligence, biotechnology, and climate tech - a domain we call A4B4C:

Artificial Intelligence for Biotech for Climate. We are seeking interns who

can contribute research and insights into how AI, biotech and bioinformatics

can dramatically accelerate climate action

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Explore and document current and emerging AI and machine learning

applications in biotechnology and bioinformatics that address climate and

sustainability challenges.

2\. Analyze biological and environmental datasets to identify potential

applications of AI for bio-based climate solutions such as bioremediation,

biofuels, biomaterials, biochemicals and carbon capture through biological

systems.

3\. Evaluate companies, research projects, and startups globally that are

leveraging AI in biotechnology for climate-positive outcomes.

4\. Contribute to the development of research briefs, web content, and

analytical reports that highlight opportunities at the AI-biotech-climate

interface.

5\. Work with EAI's consulting and research teams to support client

engagements and internal studies related to AI for climate biotech domains.

6\. Stay informed on the latest developments in AI frameworks, bioinformatics

tools, and climate technologies to contribute to knowledge sharing within the

team.
