Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Role:

This role offers an opportunity to experience the people side of HR focusing

on employee engagement, communication, and cultural initiatives, while gaining

exposure to broader HR functions such as onboarding, exits, and HR data

management.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Communication

Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities such as Fun

Fridays, town halls, Appreciation Day, and team-bonding events.

Create visually appealing communication materials using Canva and other tools

for internal campaigns, events, and announcements.

Draft and circulate employee communication messages, newsletters, and HR

updates.

Help in capturing event highlights and coordinating photo/video content for

internal use.

HR Operations & Coordination

Assist in scheduling HR meetings, onboarding sessions, and exit interviews.

Maintain HR data and trackers accurately (attendance, engagement records,

etc.).

Provide logistical and administrative support for HR activities and events.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams for engagement and HRBP initiatives.

Exposure & Learning

Get a hands-on understanding of HRBP operations and employee experience

management.

Observe and assist in sessions related to onboarding, employee connect, and

exit discussions.

Learn how HR partners with business teams to drive engagement and performance.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR,

Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.

Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, Creativity

and flair for design (experience with Canva or similar tools preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, Enthusiastic, proactive, and

eager to learn.
