Administration & Operations Lead - AI Team - Internship

Matrix360 is a new AI startup, part of the Matrix Group, establishing its core

operations in Kolkata. We are on a mission to bring enterprise AI capabilities

to the world. Right now, this team is in the 'building' phase. We are looking

for someone who loves the energy and challenges of a startup, isn't afraid of

responsibility, and wants to be part of the story from chapter 1.

About the role (The "Builder" Mandate): We are looking for our first

operations & admin lead. You won't just "do a job"- you will help us build the

team. You will work directly with the Founder to set up our Kolkata office

operations and manage a distributed team of technical interns.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Build the system: Help set up the office workflows, attendance systems,

and reporting structures for the new Kolkata team.

2\. Manage the squad: Act as the "Captain" for our remote/online interns. You

ensure they deliver on time. You hold them accountable.

3\. Startup Ops: Handle everything from scheduling client meetings to ensuring

the office tech stack is running perfectly.

4\. Culture setter: As a founding member, you set the tone. You ensure the

team stays motivated, disciplined, and engaged.
