Operations (Global Wealth Management) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Client Onboarding & Documentation Management

Assist in preparing onboarding forms for PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, Insurance &

Gift City products. Collect, verify, and organize KYC documents, FATCA forms,

agreements, mandates, and compliance files. Ensure error-free submission and

timely processing with fund houses, AMCs, and intermediaries.

Help track status of applications and follow-up for approvals.

2\. Portfolio Reporting & Data Management

Update client portfolios, investment summaries, NAVs, and performance tracking

sheets.

Assist in preparing MIS reports, portfolio statements, and comparative

analysis.

Maintain accurate client data across CRM systems.

3\. Transaction Processing Support

Assist in purchase, redemption, SIP registration, STP/SWP instructions, and

fund switches for MFs.

Support execution coordination for PMS & AIF commitments.

Ensure correct documentation for insurance policy issuance and servicing.

4\. Research & Information Support

Gather product information, fact sheets, offer documents, and performance

reports.

Assist in preparing investment proposals, asset allocation drafts, and risk

profiling summaries.

Conduct basic research on products, taxation, regulations, and market updates.

5\. Compliance & Regulatory Support

Maintain records for audits, internal checks, and regulatory requirements.

Support adherence to SEBI, AMFI, RERA, FEMA, and banking guidelines related to

wealth products.

Prepare checklists and ensure data accuracy for compliance reviews.

6\. Client Servicing & Coordination

Assist senior wealth advisors in responding to client queries.

Prepare communication drafts and send updates/reports under supervision.

Coordinate with AMCs, PMS houses, banks, and insurance partners.

7\. Operational Excellence & Internal Processes

Maintain trackers for AUM, client onboarding, application status, and service

requests. Support in designing SOPs for smoother operations. Ensure timely

completion of tasks with accuracy and zero errors.
