Recruitment Responsibilities
1\. End-to-End Recruitment Process: a. Source, screen, and shortlist
candidates through various platforms, including job portals, social media, and
employee referrals. b. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring
managers for further assessments. c. Schedule and manage interview processes,
including technical and final rounds. 2. Candidate Engagement: a. Build and
maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience
throughout the recruitment process. b. Negotiate offers, explain benefits, and
handle onboarding formalities for selected candidates. 3. Employer Branding:
a. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's employer brand
on social media and other platforms. b. Attend job fairs and recruitment
events to represent the organization. 4. Data Management: a. Maintain accurate
records of all recruitment activities and update applicant tracking systems.
b. Provide regular reports and insights on recruitment metrics to management.
