Growth and Marketing - Internship

Enpointe is a product-driven technology company focused on building,

positioning, and scaling digital products and technology solutions. We work

closely with internal product and leadership teams to drive growth through

clear messaging, strong positioning, and well-executed go-to-market

initiatives.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused 'Growth & Marketing

Executive' to support our marketing, growth, and go-to-market efforts. This

role centers around marketing documentation, presentations, proposals, and

cross-functional coordination, helping translate product and business ideas

into compelling growth narratives. You will work closely with product, sales,

and leadership teams to support pitch decks, go-to-market materials, and

growth initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Growth & Marketing Execution:

1\. Support go-to-market strategies, growth initiatives, and marketing

campaigns

2\. Assist in creating marketing proposals, pitch decks, and growth

presentations

3\. Develop structured content to support sales enablement and client pitches

B. Marketing Documentation & Content:

1\. Create and maintain marketing documents, proposals, and internal content

2\. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all marketing materials

3\. Support basic legal and compliance-aligned documentation where required

C. Presentations & Design:

1\. Build and refine marketing decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides

2\. Translate complex product or business ideas into clear, visually engaging

presentations

3\. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and growth materials

4\. Use tools such as Canva, Figma Slides, or similar (good to have)

D. Communication & Coordination:

1\. Coordinate with product, sales, and leadership teams to gather inputs

2\. Act as a bridge between teams to ensure smooth execution of growth

initiatives

3\. Support client-facing communication through polished marketing materials
