Data Entry - Internship

As a data entry intern at Ziegler Aerospace, you will have the opportunity to

work with a leading company in the aerospace industry. This role will provide

valuable hands-on experience in data management while allowing you to

collaborate with a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Perform accurate and timely data entry, ensuring all records are up-to-

date and error-free

2\. Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and

reference

3\. Assist in creating and optimizing reports using MS Excel, including pivot

tables and data visualization tools

4\. Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct data

inconsistencies

5\. Coordinate with internal teams to gather and verify data as required

6\. Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies to

maintain sensitive information integrity

7\. Support process automation by identifying areas where efficiency can be

improved

8\. Participate in team discussions and provide insights to improve data-

handling processes

9\. Take initiative in learning new tools and software to enhance data

management skills

10\. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level

of accuracy
