Digital & Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Social Media Content Creation:

1\. Create, edit, and design engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn,

Facebook, and YouTube. Prepare creatives, carousels, reels, infographics, and

short videos.

2\. Assist in conceptualizing content themes for wealth, finance, NRI

advisory, real estate, lending, and business solutions.

B. Social Media Management:

1\. Manage daily posting schedules and maintain brand consistency.

2\. Respond to messages, comments, inquiries, and DM-based leads.

3\. Track page insights, engagement metrics, and performance analytics.

C. Digital Branding & Communication:

1\. Build visually appealing presentations, pitch decks, and marketing

documents.

2\. Support branding activities for PMS, AIF, NRI services, Gift City,

lending, and real estate.

3\. Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, colors, and messaging.

D. Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

1\. Edit short reels, educational clips, testimonials, and event videos.

2\. Add captions, music, overlays, and animations to make content high-impact.

3\. Create professional-quality videos showcasing our services and client

benefits.

E. Market Research & Content Ideas:

1\. Research trends in finance, wealth management, investing, real estate, and

global advisory.

2\. Suggest new creative formats and campaign ideas for better engagement.

3\. Support in preparing research-based content for posts, blogs, and

newsletters.

F. Campaign Support & Lead Generation:

1\. Assist in running social media ad campaigns.

2\. Track performance KPIs like leads, reach, clicks, impressions, and

conversion rates.

3\. Support SEO-friendly content creation and keyword research.

G. Coordination With Internal Teams:

1\. Work closely with wealth advisors, real estate teams, lending teams, and

management to create accurate content.

2\. Understand service details and design tailored marketing materials.

3\. Assist in marketing initiatives, events, webinars, and digital campaigns.

H. Intern Will Be Expected to Deliver:

1\. Weekly and monthly content calendars.

2\. Ready-to-publish social media posts and videos.

3\. Social media analytics reports.

4\. Lead generation and ad campaign performance sheets.

5\. Research-based content scripts.

6\. Design templates for regular use.

7\. Event promotion content (posters, videos, banners).
