Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Design clean, modern, and memorable logos that reflect each brand's
personality.
2. Create and maintain complete visual identity systems (color palettes,
typography, brand elements).
3. Upgrade and modernize outdated or visually weak designs into premium-
quality assets.
4. Produce high-quality visual assets across web, digital, print, and
marketing channels.
5. Work across multiple Pearl Lemon brands (e.g., Caf , Legal, Games,
Academy, Accountants, etc.).
6. Collaborate closely with writers, marketers, and developers to align
visuals with messaging and conversion goals.
7. Ensure visual consistency and brand quality across all platforms and
materials.
8. Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring every design looks polished,
intentional, and professional.
9. Manage multiple design tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
