Video Editor And Social Media Manager - Internship

We're looking for a creative and reliable podcast video editor and social
media manager to help us transform raw podcast conversations into polished,
meaningful content for founders and leaders. You'll edit full-length episodes
for YouTube and Spotify, and create short, shareable clips for platforms like
LinkedIn and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep
listening, understands flow and pacing, and knows how to bring out the best in
a conversation without over-editing it.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Editing long-form podcast recordings (both video and audio) into smooth,
professional episodes
2. Cleaning up filler words, awkward pauses, and distractions while
preserving a natural tone
3. Creating short social clips (30-90 seconds) from full episodes, adding
clean captions and branding
4. Formatting episodes for multiple platforms: YouTube, Spotify, LinkedIn,
Instagram
5. Adding intros, outros, transitions, and branding elements where needed
6. Collaborating with our team for episode timelines, story angles, and
feedback loops
7. Keeping the founder's voice and the brand's tone consistent across all
content
