Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Storytelling & assembly - Review, select, and organize raw footage into a
logical sequence, creating rough and final cuts that maintain strong narrative
flow.
2. Creative enhancement - Add audio, graphics, effects, and apply color
correction/grading to ensure a polished, professional look.
3. Collaboration & management - Work with directors/teams, implement
feedback, manage files systematically, and meet tight deadlines.
4. Growth & expertise - Stay updated on industry trends, master editing
software, and build a strong portfolio to showcase skills.
