Video Editing/Making - Internship

Are you a creative, fast, and detail-obsessed video editor who loves crafting
punchy cuts and viral short-form content? If transforming raw footage into
scroll-stopping videos is your jam, this is your chance to shine!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Editing YouTube videos and podcasts from raw footage into a polished final
video with clean pacing, B-roll, sound design, and on-screen text.
2. Creating multiple short-form clips from each long video optimized for
Shorts and Reels.
3. Designing eye-catching thumbnails that convert views.
4. Adding clear subtitles, on-screen captions, and punchy text animations
that increase watch time and shareability.
5. Color correcting and mastering audio for consistency and clarity.
6. Producing simple motion graphics and lower-thirds in a style consistent
with the channel brand.
7. Proactively suggesting creative edits, hooks, and repurposing ideas to
grow watch time and reach.
8. Delivering organized project files and final exports following naming and
folder conventions.
