Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Edit and produce short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
2. Edit long-form content for YouTube, Branding, and podcast episodes.
3. Identify strong hooks, maintain pacing, and ensure high viewer retention
4. Add subtitles, transitions, and on-screen elements to enhance storytelling
5. Adapt existing footage into multiple formats for different platforms
6. Manage asset organization and deliver edits within deadlines
